  • Does this count as creative? I used to be a chef once-upon-a-time Wink

My Homemade Milk-Free Mozzarella, Smoked Cheddar Smoked Paprika Meatloaf with my own Barbecue and Whiskey Glaze Tumbler glassMeat on bone

Served up with some Milk-Free Mash with a little Mild Chilli, Paprika and Milk-Free Cream Cheese YumCheese

(On a mission of Milk-Free foods and meals)

  • Nice that looks really good ^^

Do you cook your own stuff a lot? I like cooking but the kitchens a mess when Im out there

  • Indeed I do. I can do a whole manner of things. From smoking my own Beef Jerky (which is more of a hobby these days), to putting together my own desserts and meals I've conjured up.

Speaking of desserts, my Homemade Strawberry Milkshake Cheesecake Strawberry

  • Amazing what one can do with a handful of leftover bits and bobs :) The Strawberry sauce involved cooking them in a pan of sugar, hot water, a tot of rum and a little cornflour :)

The main cheesecake was half-cream to marscapone, a little gelatine and strawberry milkshake powder.

The biscuit base was naturally digestives, melted butter, some brown sugar and leftover chocolate chips I salvaged.

Cooking is a chemistry, and once you've mastered the art, it's hugely rewarding
