NHS right to choose, anybody used it?

So in January 2020 I went to my GP and was refered for an Autism assment and ADHD assment aged 50. I was told of a two year wait, at the end of that two years (last year) was told of another years wait, now chased up again and its another year minimum! I have heard about NHS right to choose but can find nothing online which is easy to follow and how I go about it? Has anybody used this and could you please let me know how you did it, step by step.

thanks

Rob

  • I've been a patron of the NHS, and worked in the NHS, and I decided about 20 years ago, they only get me when I cannot heal or diagnose myself.

I've been remarkably healthy ever since I took that position... Even cured my foot issue after 40 years of the conventional approach doing diddly squat.
