In my opinion there are no such things, it's just doctors don't know what it is, so as usual, they pin it to some stigmatising name, and as usual, the underlaying cause stays hidden.

It's like saying that someone has Smelly Farts Problem. What does that tell you about what ails the patient? Nothing. What does it tell you instead? How results of that problem are annoying to others
