In politics they get to leave their farewell speech here is mine

Fellow people of this good platform.

So I want to say to the millions of people who read my posts and voted for me. Thank you for that incredible mandate. I fought for the right for free speech and to talk about great subjects, in particular crisps. Because I like them.

and the reason I have fought so hard in the last few days to continue to deliver posts about crisps was not just because I wanted to do so, but because I felt it was my duty, my obligation to you to continue to do what I promised since last Saturday.

And of course, I'm immensely proud of the achievements of this group. from getting posts down to settling our relations with each other for over the last few days. Reclaiming the right of freedom of speech within a moral structure of course.

I regret not to have been successful in those posts, it's painful, not to be able to see through so many ideas and projects myself based upon potato goods. But as we have seen in Westminister, the herd instinct is powerful. When the herd moves, it moves.

And, my friends in posts, no one is remotely indispensable, and our brilliant other posters will be equally committed to taking this forum forward and through the tough times. Not just helping each other but by generating growth in potato farms and producing more crisp manufacturing thoughout the land.

But I accept that the herd now want to talk about cake instead.

It has been a privilege and education in itself. I have traveled to every crisp factory in the United Kingdom and I find so many people possessed of such boundless British originality and  so willing to tackle old problems like lack of crisps in stock, that I know that even if things can sometimes seem dark now, that our future together is golden.

Thank you and bye .
