A huge warning on fortune telling, the occult, horoscopes, crystals for power and all that

I went to night-school cless years ago, and the man who taught us picked a different subject each week and talked about ...... the tarot : candle magic: crystals: dowsing rods; reincarnation and hypnoism into previous lives, loads of things we discussed, We even went on a ghost hunt. He never pushed us, always gave reasons why they may, or may not be true. His wife sometimes came to the class, she was a scientist by profession, but she was also a Witch, a real live one, she had a broomstick but never came to the class on it. She did a class of her own, and because her husbands class had been so good, i joined her class the next year. She taught herbalism and herbal medicine,

and yes they all seem nice at first the occult people, that is to pull you in. beware of it. And some are very nice and not bad people but victims themselves who do not know that they have been tricked and they think that they are doing good when they are not. 

In the case of herbal medicine as long as witch craft is not practiced, but the science and study of natural cures instead. as God gave us those herbs to use to help us when we may need them . But using them with witch craft is very very wrong.

some use just herbs though. Yes that is horrible and i hate animal cruelty 

You see some programmes on Tv about Chinese herbal doctors. They're resonsible for things going extint, like making potions out of whales teeth, or the like.

Yes herbal is fine but witch crafts are not fine. 

You have to be careful with herbal practitioners and make sure they are good some are not and can give you something that is not good for you.  

She got me so interested in herbal medicine, i even wondered could i do it as a job, I asked my Gp was it genuine and she said, although she didn't do it, more and more people were asking her about. If i remember right, i would have had to go to Uni for 3yrs, and there were only 2 places that ran a course, Preston and Bristol. I decided i couldn't afford to pack-in work, and  move house for 3yrs, I've still got herbal medicine books among my gardening books. In days gone by, before the Nhs people use to make their own, just like they do now in places like the Amazon, or especially the Chinese.
