Gratitude

I like that I notice patterns, it makes life a study not a biographical experience often. I love my connection to animals, I love the surprise on people's faces when my responses make them laugh sometimes. Love being hypercreative, and objective with my approach to everyday things like parenting.

Is the cup half full or half empty? I believe we all on the spectrum need to work twice as hard as the NT community to remember to see the world as half-full, and this takes constant DAILY practice (meditation is the key) Pray

  • I agree: I like to focus on making an effort to develop an ‘attitude of gratitude’.  
    I sometimes feel inept at choosing things to be grateful but I haven’t failed if I have even tried to think of anything.

    Ease of breathing 

    the effort is in not applying a negative comment after each item.  For example  I might imagine a negative reader criticising me or I might have thought of losing these items some day but now I just list things I happen to have right now irrespective of future possibilities.  The work in being grateful is to let go of my default tendency to negativity. 

    That means I can list for gratitude:

    Flat

    car 

    job

    clothes 

    peace zone 

    fingers 

    food 

    ability to relax muscles 

    choices, freedoms
