If a person goes out looking untidily dressed and clearly hasn’t washed properly, this person doesn’t seem aware or bothered by it, is this a sign they most likely have ASC? Even if they may not have any signs of ASC?

Anyone can be a messy dresser, and do you know they haven’t washed? Or are you assuming that because of how they dress? I would say that they probably have a mental health problem. They don’t display an autistic traits, therefore aren’t likely to be autistic.
I'm personally scrupulous about hygeine, though am clueless about fashion and rotate a very limited wardrobe to cope on that front. I aim to look smart casual but I just seem to be one of those people on whom clothes instantly crumple - it's like a curse or something. Put on something smart and clean, five minutes later: hobo.
I would say that the person shows signs of shower need and stress and luck of time to do so. Maybe the're a busy parent?
Why people think autistic are untidy and do not wash? It might happen one of us dislike showers, but than they like baths.
Just because someone can't do math, it doesn't mean they're stupid.
it's fallocious reasoning
No there are lots of reasons why someone might do that and it wouldn’t be the only autistic trait someone would have
