Dealing with Anxiety

Hi Everyone,

It's been a little while since I posted on here but I was hoping some of you could help me with how you deal with any anxieties you have?

Over the past few months I've seen my anxiety levels skyrocket with the cost of living crisis, University work and work in general trying to balance all of those as well as trying to have time for myself.

How do you all deal with anxiety so that it doesn't have as much of an impact on overstimulation and possible meltdowns/shutdowns?

I could really use some advice please
