quote "Sarah Lambert, head of policy at the National Autistic Society (NAS), said: “The figures show what the NAS has long been arguing – the current system is producing too many wrong decisions which are inevitably costing more to the taxpayer.
“It’s a false economy. Without proper training so that assessors understand the complexities of the disabilities they are considering, this will continue.
“Wasting public money and causing stress and anxiety to genuine claimants is neither fair nor workable. The Government must get its house in order.”

I read the work foundation white paper report on ESA, 6% to go on not on work or support grouping, 43 % to go on work grouping , 51% to go on support grouping. The main objective is to breakdown the incapacity grouping into NEARER to work by a regrouping and nudging technique, before universal credit benefit comes in. IT IS POLITICAL which is financial budget saving using an accountants balance book, not sense of the reality of the true work market. 5.3MILLION people are on direct benefits, over 30 million are on working benefits, tax credit, housing etc, also 10 million people as working but do not have a living wage and are classified as a underworking class, how many are through the net ?
Benefits originally were designed for data collection and sub-class registration purposes, for vaccines against diseases. The money was just the inducer too sign on.
What can you say ! Yet, Britain is a not a poor country... What is going on here ? Is it just master and slaves, a power law of 20/80, the 20 being the middle and rich classes and the other 80 portion, may god have mercy on there souls and take revenge in another life.
