Following up my previous post. I've just had my appointment with my GP. He was happy to put in a referral he said it is a long wait, but I should get a letter next year.
I think he said the next thing I'll hear is an appointment with psychologist/psychiatrist? is that right or did I miss understand him.
Was just so relieved I think I zoned out, and started talking about my loop ear plugs.
