Where to live

I am wondering whether to carry on living in England. I wont move anytime soon as I have a lot of loved ones here but I dont know how long I can keep my family in a country that seems to be falling apart.

It is nearly impossible to see a doctor even for our young children. As for me or my wife getting to see one its about the same chance as winning the lottery. Even when you can speak to a doctor they are often so rude and unhelpful which leaves you feeling very alone as a parent. My son has chronic asthma and getting him the help he needs is like climbing a mountain.

To have the doctor actually refuse to see our 5 week old baby the other day because it wasnt "neccasary" even though we had a 111 refereal for her was the final straw. (Thankfully she is fine and doing all good)

The school system is completely broken and I say that as a teacher for the last 10 years. I worry about sending my son into an English school when hes older, I wouldnt want him in any of the places I have seen as a teacher. I think most parents would be very very shocked if they knew what their kids were going into every day. Most English schools are a violent, lawless jungle and the few lessons the kids do get to have teach them almost nothing that would be useful in life.  I dont want my kids growing up in that system

I think the only solution would be to move to a country that works more, where our kids can see a doctor, have a decent education and end up with a chance in life. But where? Switzerland appeals but there is a lot of red tape which I'm not sure I would like. Germany maybe, or Scandanavia. Somewhere that has lots of countryside to explore but is run by people who seem to know what theyre doing and which values the right things

Dont see this happening for a long time but for the sake of my childrens future I wonder if I may have to some day
