so the worst day ever should't have went to college because of the email I sent this  morning , police came took details and now my email is blocked and idk what to do anymore/ I've calmed down at least and thankfully my suicidal feelings are gone and yeah . At least I'm still alive and that I'm ok now after talking to my mental health team and everything .
