I attended the Northern Trust Autism online Social Group - run by NAS - and I got so flustered; as they use Microsoft Teams. The issue was only resolved by using a spare Outlook account I have; rather than my usual professional email. I microwaved a batch-cooked carbonara during that time, but it was partially burned when the microwave went ding.
Apart from that, brief, meltdown; it was great to chat to the ones there. It's fortnightly; so I can wait, until then.
