It depends what's the reason behind I think. I did stutter because I couldn't pronunce more difficult words, and it was casuing me anxiety adding to the difficulty. Speech terapist is a way to go, I did get help from people at a school theatre they thought me how to get around problems with pronunciation. Basicly it was all about how to move your mouth and than practise, in your head too. Because you need to form the word in your head first to say it.
