Three exclamations marks, because the way things are is driving me mad.
I bought a piece of wasteground.
Owning it outright means I don't have to pay rent finally, and hence cannot get EVICETD when I can't pay my rent.
I started tidying and cleaning it. The foreign people around me were also stimulated to develope their own things, but decided to use MY land as a tip for their building waste, packing cases form the new arrivals, old stuff left behind from the people moving on etc.
They removed my signage when I was gone, smashed up my half build shed, found and broke my tools and tore down my walls etc.
I'm obviously going to have to build a secure structure to hold the basic tools I need to clean it up in and I'm trying to figure out what I can build without getting a council tax bill, which I cannot pay, being classified as "destitute", in terms of income.
The rules are manifold complicated, and it seems open to different interpretations according to one's social status...
Modern life is all a trap and today I am heartily sick of it.
