Talking On The Phone!!

I absolutely adore talking on the phone, from iPhone, Messenger, Home Phone, I love them all.

If engaged, I will/can/have/am et al, talk for hours. Such a safe medium of communication. (Excluding the linguistic pitfalls of course)

What I  am eager to know is, am I the only one?

Am I alone??

I am talking about, talking on the phone, thats all.

  • Its like, I have found a real common 'bug bear' here.
    I really don't like texting.
Whatsapp and Messengers are great for sharing pictures.

You can have so much fun being Autistic and talking on the phone.

I often say variations of this, when speaking to someone in their professional capacity.

"Can I just preface this call by letting you know I suffer with, or should I say live with Aspergers/Autism.
Oh and I have ADHD too.

So you may have to go, a little slower than usual, maybe even having to repeat yourself.
(Explaining something that to You seems simple, it depends on how my head is working today)*
I apologise in advance if that happens.
    Now where were we?"

That changes the whole landscape of the conversation that follows. I can normally hear them thinking about everything they say, literally every 'duplicitous' thing they say, whilst speaking Engliesh. I could go on . . .
