my friend was sad today, it caused me stress, not because he was sad,, what was causing me the stress was the change of norm of his routine. My mind was acting emotional as it wished the irrationally(his emotion of sadness) to return to the normal routine and his normal emotional routine so the stress would go away and my rational logically thinking mind could relaxxxxxxx again.
I always foresee and fix, in detail, the conditions of equilibrium of routine as my norm, which is a big blind spot in autism ! As it fixes the social environment into a rigid box or stress in my case if the sides of the box move or move too fast, especially without my control. or simply "don't touch my world". arghhhhhh meltdown !!!

As usual, I turn it into my puesdoscience to make, my thoughts..
this induces emotion by the carrier by there new unpredictability, aka of the norm or behaviour change
- this then induces emotion into another person by the observor observing changing from there norm as a counter reaction aka emotion(are you okay, empathy, concern for the change of norm(behaviour)).
- then an agrument or fall out starts, until both the norms are returned, to normal norms settings, or the relationship ends or sits on a fence until agrue later.(atmosphere tension), the change norm is held over time.
- You don't care is just one norm changing and the other not changing norm as an emotional counter reaction.
