Coping with a big change

I just wanted some advice from everyone about how to cope with a big change. One of the biggest things with my autism is struggling very badly to cope with and process change. I can't really process it much either

Our new baby is due Friday and I am so happy about it and cant wait to meet her but I am struggling mentally with the change as its one of the biggest changes we could have in life

Has anyone got any tips or techniques for coping with big change, even good changes?

  • Acceptance takes time; quite a bit of time. So ongoing change is overloading, for anyone.

I, personally, require time to myself to recuperate. Yesterday evening, and this morning, I was super busy; without much sleep. I believe that my migraine has returned. I also bought a chocolate stevia bar, from Holland and Barrett, which didn't help matters.
