This makes me sad

The saddest part is that he was declared fit for discharge in 2013. It has taken services 9 years to arrange a care package and a suitable home in the community 

Autism should be classed as a Disability, hence the claims for PIP. 

I have been with the local Mental Health Unit, since 2000,because I 'self-diagnosed' myself as Schizophrenic; then talked with my Doctor.
