All going too quick

So after wondering and reading how long the process on the NHS is in the time from completing the questionnaire to having the 1st appointment I’ve now received an appointment for a follow up, no idea what’s going to happen at it nothing has been explained but this is all been about 8 weeks going through the process and seems to be moving quite fast now. 
any help and advice that could calm me down for the next week?

  • Amass your notes. I went private in the end, but even so the wait was agonising. What helped though was thinking everything through and writing it all down. Also going through my archives for old school reports, teenage diaries and stuff. A lot of that was quite an eye opener.
