Scared of the news

All this talk of nuclear war is terryfying me. Because of my processing issues I struggle to understand it all. Is it actually going to happen?
I dont think I could cope with that at all ,be too much for me

Going through so much in my own life at the moment and hearing all this is too much

  • I like the news. It can sometimes have some interesting articles, sometimes heartwarming and sometimes sickening. With a lot of it though it's scaremongering, so you need to bear that in mind. When they say about imminent war it's just them making it seem worse than it actually is. That's how the news works. The bad stuff sells so it's reported more and usually made out worse than it actually is.
