Scared of the news

All this talk of nuclear war is terryfying me. Because of my processing issues I struggle to understand it all. Is it actually going to happen?
I dont think I could cope with that at all ,be too much for me

Going through so much in my own life at the moment and hearing all this is too much

  • Bringing my usual highbrow thinking to this thread, I just want to say that when I see its title I can't help reading it to the tune of the 'ITN news music'  'Scared of the news, bam bam bam ba-ba; Bong...' 

    But yes, news will always sound scary. It understandably focuses on the worst of what's going on . The doomsday clock's supposedly at 30 seconds to midnight but all this really symbolises is how humanity always goes to the brink and leaves fixes to the last minute.
