Scared of the news

All this talk of nuclear war is terryfying me. Because of my processing issues I struggle to understand it all. Is it actually going to happen?
I dont think I could cope with that at all ,be too much for me

Going through so much in my own life at the moment and hearing all this is too much

  • I simply don’t watch any MSM in any forms, including online since Covid, as it’s full of lies and propaganda and it’s especially bad back home in Communist Ireland even post-Covid - most of my family in Rural Ireland simply can’t get enough of thier hourly fix of RTÉ TV and radio despite the fact that it has been found to be totally corrupted and they don’t realise that they are being totally brainwashed and indoctrinated - I’ve personally trained  myself to mentally block out all MSM as most of it is totally unwatchable - it’s on the ferries out of Holyhead and even in Dublin Port, Dublin City Centre and it’s really bad - never in my 20 years living in Manchester have I seen things in Ireland in particular as bad as they have been since Covid and many areas of Dublin that I used to know as a teenager and since 2002 have been totally destroyed in many respects, where they are trying to erase our Irish history, which to myself as a traditional Irish Catholic patriot and decent minded and right thinking older Irish gay man is totally unacceptable - for me, the most heartbreaking aspect of this is what they are doing to children which is doubly tragic given Irish history
