Scared of the news

All this talk of nuclear war is terryfying me. Because of my processing issues I struggle to understand it all. Is it actually going to happen?
I dont think I could cope with that at all ,be too much for me

Going through so much in my own life at the moment and hearing all this is too much

    Sorry to hear your feeling like this. Understandably though this last couple years have been horrible and the news has been all over it. They always add drama in the news and make it out to scare people I try to avoid it if I can it just induces my anxiety and causes more stress and trigger my IBS.

    Try to avoid it for now no point in upsetting yourself.
