All this talk of nuclear war is terryfying me. Because of my processing issues I struggle to understand it all. Is it actually going to happen?
I dont think I could cope with that at all ,be too much for me

Going through so much in my own life at the moment and hearing all this is too much

  • It’s highly highly highly unlikely! Hugely flawed and terrible as it is that nations possess these appalling weapons it is also the case that they do - to a large degree - work as a deterrent to any one nation actually launching them.

    I recommend strongly that you limit your intake if News media. It’s very toxic to mental well being and if it’s de stressing to you I suggest you severely cut down your exposure to News of this kind.
