Waiting times

I wonder if they'll continue to use covid as an excuse to delay everything else. I waited 4 years, sometime around 2 years waiting I found out they 'accidently' removed me from waiting list, so I had to be signed on again. I was diagnosed exactly 1 year ago.

The covid excuse is getting old now and its used for so much it's ridiculous. I've got my diagnosis now but it took almost four and a half years and in the middle they kept saying covid was the reason.
