Feeling like a child as an adult but an adult as a child

I wasn't diagnosed until I was 18 ( a year ago) but had mental health issues going back to the age of 14; at that age, I remember writing "I feel like an adult in a 14 year old's body". Now I don't really feel like a kid, but in many ways young for my age socially.

  • I am the same. When I was a kid I felt like an adult and now im an adult I feel like a kid. 
    When I was a younger child I could talk to adults like an adult, they were amazed by it. Even as a teenager I wanted to discuss politics and history but was considered odd by other teenagers for it.

    Now Im a 34 year old adult and I find myself watching disney movies and feeling like a kid in a lot of ways
