Thanks for the recommendation, Ausome training is great.
I have not completed any of the Ausome training courses, but I have read some of their resources on the website and they are great. It’s great to have such positive, accurate and passionate autistic advocates leading and delivering brilliant training courses which reflect autistic lived experience.
Thanks for the link too, very interesting. I shall watch it later. You might be interested in this other autistic pride video from Aucademy:
This video is great, it made me feel so happy!
I think autistic pride should be referenced in training because it’s part of our culture and typically other autism courses that are not autistic led don’t talk about autistic people as a community, instead the content is usually very pathologising.

Many thanks. I love Aucademy but hadn't spotted this one. And yes, I just started one of the Skills Network courses advertised on Facebook (as usual, propelled by desperation) and I don't think I'll be completing it because it's full of pathologising language and I very much doubt whether they've involved any autistic people when they put it together. I don't need their Level 2 in pathologising a neuro-minority.
