Different days

Does anyone else have vastly different days with regards to their autism and ability to do things? Some days I feel that I can do almost anything, communicate fairly normally with people and do daily tasks and work and cope quite well with life

Other days I just cant cope with anything. Even the littlest things throw me and cause crashes and meltdowns. I have to talk very slowly and deliberatley to be able to talk at all and I cant cope with any daily tasks such as washing up or going to the shops and just need to hide away with music and the thought of doing things like going out or going to work seem like something I will never be able to do again

Can anyone else relate to this?

  • I'm normally sharp as a knife, when driving, but when I ran an errand for my Artist Friend in town this morning my brain fried due to the confusion of the location he bought frames at. It was a Charity Shop I wasn't familiar with. But I had to deal with delivery vans blocking the left lane, and my friend's bouts of rage. But we're fine, now.

He called, when I got home, to say that his mobile was missing. However, I found it in my car. All I had to do was call his cell number with my mobile. Thank God we both have landlines.

I defo need to settle. For lunch, I had a sardine sandwich. Couldn't function well enough to cook.
