Different days

Does anyone else have vastly different days with regards to their autism and ability to do things? Some days I feel that I can do almost anything, communicate fairly normally with people and do daily tasks and work and cope quite well with life

Other days I just cant cope with anything. Even the littlest things throw me and cause crashes and meltdowns. I have to talk very slowly and deliberatley to be able to talk at all and I cant cope with any daily tasks such as washing up or going to the shops and just need to hide away with music and the thought of doing things like going out or going to work seem like something I will never be able to do again

Can anyone else relate to this?

  • I said it many times, there is no high or low functioning autism

we/re on a good day high functioning

on a bad day low functioning

it sucks to have bad days all the time, some of us are stuck like that

there can be worse, like the worst case of burnoutr I had, and I turned severe for 8 weeks, even going to the toilet was a massive effo0rt
