Help for my daughter

Hi i am new here.

Asking for adviadvice.

I am single mother to a daughter who is 15 and has autism,

Anxiety disorder and selective mutism.

When she was in primary school they on my behalf applied for her to hahave a educational health care plan as they felt she needed one.

Now my daughter didn't get an assessment nor did i receive a letter of the decision so i don't think school ever did apply.

Yrs on now high school. Senko said she requested my daughter has an educational health care plan as clearly she would benefit and needs this.

I was told it was declined..again i was not asked for my daughter to even be assessed or i havnt received a letter or decision and why.

Only by word from school senko.

Now my daughter is going into yr 11 her GCSEs she is to have extra time and its only been down to me and school to arrange help.

Now if not a Educational health care plan now i want one for when she attends college.

How can i fight for one. Where do i go.

I feel teachers have fobbed me off.

Her case worker hasn't even requested one

My daughter has to skip a lesson due to it being too hard for her, history so she goes into a room and does some work.

Shes been working with a one to one teacher for a yr and now shes going into yr 11 i belive she will longer not have that as the one to one has to work with yr 10 yet i was told  her one to one will work with her in yr 11 and my daughter formed a bond.

So they have given me false information and now yr 11 she will have no one to one.
