Time for processing

Morning all,

Feeling a bit off this morning so thought I'd do something to get me to focus!

Does anyone else feel like they need time to process and go through thoughts? At this exact moment my head feels like it's got a whirlwind of thoughts it wants to go through and I am struggling to do anything else. I often feel guilty that I will stop work just to let these thoughts play out so I get some relief and can carry on working. (i.e I will suddenly wonder what sort of prices a Ford Transit with 6 seats will sell for so have to look on Autotrader).

  • I'm going through this process, myself, now. 

    Gave up Red Bull, and am like a Zombie every morning. This morning, I drove to Cookstown - for an Anniversary Mass - and wasn't my sharpest when driving. Thank God the town was quiet, Schools don't resume until next week.

    Also, my Artist Friend bad mouthed me; for charging him to take him to town yesterday morning. Perhaps it's his Mental Illness, and sore knee, talking. Plus, he gets pi$$ed off with his sister visiting. So, time should heal.

    Hope the Transit Van will be a good buy. Is it for work?

    Well done kicking the red bull. Once you adjust you will feel much better for it! Sorry your friend upset you but sounds like you know why and it wasn't necessarily aimed at you.

    The van is just a fantasy at the moment. My wife and I considered a VW van before lockdown to haul our 2 kids and holidays but since lockdowns the prices have gone mental because everyone wants one apparently. 

    I've been out of the office for a bit today running errands so feel a bit better than morning thankfully.
