Shutdown?

After my day trip yesterday, where I felt sick en route to an Aquarium, I went home; after Wednesday evening Mass in my village. Then I stayed up until Midnight and slept until 11:40 am. Then I made a scheduled WhatsApp call; interrupted by my cleaner arriving.

I don't feel like doing much today. Is this a shutdown?

A massive surge of incredible excitement or anxiety followed by a decompression is quite natural. We might tend to be impacted more severely. Allow yourself to check out and recoup. See if you feel back to 'normal' tomorrow. If so, then perhaps you have a base plan of action for next time :)
