So, for years I struggled through commuting on train and buses. Suffering panic attacks, daily bouts of diarrhea, anxiety, and all the horribleness that came with it.

Last year I bought an electric scooter. I would cycle but it bothers my IBD. It has changed my life!!

I also changed to work closer to home so I could do this. But, still, the silence speaks volumes about my sensitivity to noise, and changing environments.

Ebikes are legal in the UK. Escooters still aren't, which is laughable. But they are if you use an escooter that is part of a scheme authorised by the government (Bath, Liverpool, Bristol I think all have them) that makes no sense!! Oh yeah, money that's right.

Anyway, I would like to share this to build support amongst this community. It has totally changed my life, and I'm not being dramatic here. I'm now more independent, and happy, and I'm helping the planet by not using polluting transport options. Aaaand, saving myself a fortune to boot!
