How legally binding is an Access to wmWork needs assessment report ? 

Does your employer have to do what it says or is it optional?

  • if think it's a proposal, and there has to be some consensus reached on all three sides

    I'm in a process of doing it currently as well

    I think from law side employer would argue merit of their proposal like that: We are not exactly convinced that it is a reasonable adjustment, it will cause a massive disruption on rotas for everyone else working here, for 50 other people.

    Btw, saying it like that is actually against giving less, and is helping employee, because equality act says, you eaither give adjustment to everyone, or just to one person, either way the goal is to remove obstacles for everyone (it's not an obstacle for those 50 employees)
