promising to be supportive helped me sign up for tests

we spend 1 year fighting, than 1 year fighting or not talking to each other

ex left me ending 10 years together

end of story

2.5 years later i finally got diagnosed

That's really bad for you I am sorry.  I'm lucky in that I haven't had that experience although i don't have any real friends so just tell people at work or the various clubs i am in.

thats disgusting behaviour by your "friend" oscie, i cant say i relate, as its always me thats burnt bridges in my life

but, that's just horrible ya know? i can say, yeah, your better without "friends" like that, and whilst its true, i also understand the fear of being alone,  but you can only be you, asd or not, the diagnosis didn't change who you are, even if it showed others for what they are ok?
