overall how did you find the website? was it easy to navigate or not?

This is great news, my husband saw our GP at least 6 months ago and who knows where his referral is at or if it was even made, he sent a letter to her after struggling to articulate himself during the short phone appointment and had no confirmation about it. One thing I would say as a fellow health professional is maybe it’s better to have the online form URL available to GPs on request or email it to them for future reference. I can see a lot of people trying to refer themselves and triaging is a big enough workload as it is!
