Adults, education, courses. Are there any resources and help to guide people on the spectrum, please?

Hi there, I am brand new here to your community on NAS.

I should have joined long ago, but I didn't know there was a forum community to interact with. So...hi!

I was searching on Google to try to work out if there were any resources out in the world, that help people on the spectrum to find things such as online courses for things such as writing. Well...literally...only writing courses, as that's the subject I would like/hope to find.

I'm also worried about committing to things prior to knowing exactly what it is I will need or be expected, to do, because of some issues I have with focus and attention, plus completing things.

So, that's it really, I hopefully can find help and advice from you. Thank you.

  • Check out future learn. They have lots of free courses and you can trial them without commitment. There's a plethora of subjects.

Also check out your local authority adult education lifelong learning provider. Mine do creative writing courses for wellbeing. Because they are for wellbeing they are free to everyone so there's no expectation to commit yourself.
