1) Leaving the house
2) Busy supermarkets and strange people everywhere
3) Putting on a social act in public - makes me feel like a fake, and it is intellectually very hard work to maintain the 'front'.
4) Changes to routine, particularly at short notice
5) Neighbour noise and lawnmowers
6) People interrupting me when I am watching TV or otherwise busy
7) Avoiding social chit chat with neighbours or at bus stop
8) Annoying accents or words/phrases
