New things daily

People keep telling me I need to add new things to my daily routine I forget everytime or I just don't do them  cause my mental health is bad and I'm exhausted all the time do I kerp my routine simple so adding new things ideally would be nice but the hard part is getting into those routines and sticking to them I promise these people I will but never do cause irs really hard yet they see it as simple. I envy people who can just do lots if different things daily. sane with daily tasks like cleaning, getting cleaned, getting food I could go on all day but I struggle with these issues and it's exhausting.
