Hi, I’m Ben

I’m 41 and have been recently diagnosed with ASD. I also have Bipolar disorder which has been ongoing since I was 19. 

I need some advice please as to where I can get some support, I can’t find anything locally. I live in Petersfield, Hampshire and I don’t drive. I rely on my family a lot for support.

I couldn’t find anywhere yet to call and talk in person.  I’m not that keen on using online much but thought would give this forum a try.
