Do I go for assessment?

I think a diagnosis up is helpful in that it gives some clarity about the suspicions you have that you may be autistic. It might also be helpful for you in future if when using services  you might what to ask for reasonable adjustments because of being autistic. 
In terms of the cost of your Private Assessment - that’s a matter of what your income level is and how expensive this for you personally. It’s all relative and only you can make that judgement.

Just a opinion I don’t value The way to  Seek knowledge is a just a quick example the root cause of problems in general is the issue itself knowing or being of are thoughts we create because how we processing every little thing form us knowing or being aware of a issue for one to   Over think a little issue to go into Overtime masking skimming everyone issues or problems are unique in life my personal opinion it’s best to keep positive no matters what life brings at you we are gifted once you unlock your ability life is amazing
