Take as much time as you need to process your diagnosis. At different times during the process of understanding you are autistic, you may feel a whole range of emotions. Thank you everyone, it is reassuring to know that others found it a challenge to. Hopefully it will get easier with time. I'm hoping I can sleep soon... at the minute I eake up every few hours with a realisation or tearful.
