A person who I know has just been told by Occupational Health that they have until Friday to improve speaking to the public and should actively go and approach people randomly.
I have the same issue and find it extremely hard to speak to someone I have never met and I think it's highly unfair that this has been requested, but it has to be done.
Thankfully they are a Cadet Leader like me and as such we are at an Event today where the public is going to be in large numbers, I am just looking for any helpful tips or advice to improve their situation (albeit slightly) and help me in the long run as well
