  • But we autistic folk like routine don't we? ;-S

What else would you *like* to be doing?  Could you go out for a walk at lunchtime to break it up a bit?  (And take different routes to add some variety?)

What's your end goal once the house is tidy?  I get that tidying the house feels like a daunting task.  Can you break it down into sub-tasks?  Like: do the lounge this week, bedroom next week, etc.  If you get the lounge done early, you can do something you enjoy for the rest of the week (or however long you set yourself).
