Hello TARDISSTEVE
I’m sorry you are going through such a tough time, it’s good that you’ve let us know what’s happening/. Many people have similar thoughts when coping with so much and we hope you’re okay.
If you are unable to cope with the distress or despair, it’s very important to tell someone about your feelings or thoughts of suicide. Call your GP and make an urgent appointment. Your GP can make sure you get appropriate help and support.
If it’s outside your GP hours call 111 to reach the NHS 111 service:

Being terrified all the time isn't nice, but it doesn't mean that you are going to die.
There are plenty of people on this forum who care about you and are hearing you.
My previous suggestion of writing a letter to your GP... do you think that is something you could do?
I haven't I'm just terrified all the time no one listens though
TARDISSTEVE,
If you have done something to endanger your life, then you need to dial 999 now and tell them what you have done.
I'm gonna die and I don't know to do
So why not try writing a letter to your GP and explaining that you are desperate for help, and that you are still waiting for Social Services to contact you all these weeks later.
This is a horrible situation for you to be in, and it's a situation that no person should have to be in. I really feel for you and wish there was more that I could do to help you other than offer suggestions.
I had a very public meltdown in my doctor's surgery over a month ago
In which I threatened certain things out of frustration
I got told I would be referred to social services but have heard nothing back
TARDISSTEVE,
Having read quite a few of your posts, it seems to me that you are greatly in need of practical help and support with your mental health. As you appear to have been difficulty contacting your GP, is it possible that you could write a letter to your GP?
After my father died just over 3 years ago, I knew I needed practical help and mental health support because I was really struggling, but I couldn't face phoning my GP. Instead, I sat down and wrote a letter to my GP, detailing what my issues were.
I know that letter-writing isn't for anyone, but it might be worth a try. In my case, I found writing a letter to my GP to be a lot less stressful than attempting to explain everything in a phone call. It meant I could take my time and think about what it was I needed to say.
I'm sorry everyone I'm just not coping
Even the shout txt service said I was texting too much
What area are you in, if you don't mind sharing that information?
I ruin my sanity helping people and what help do I get
None
I just need my Life not to suck for once
20 years straight up hell
calling them once, and probably the to the wrong department isn't trying, it barely an attempt at best. if you want the support to get better you have to make the effort and start the process.
They legally can not deny a needs assessment. once requested they have to perform one.it may take a week or two but it must happen.
