Hun, where are social services? We are hearing there's a mental health knock on to your problems. It must be awful for you. But so much of what you are saying seems to be practical.
Can you ring your GP and ask for an urgent social services referral. You are struggling with basics here of organising finance, food and the chores. All that should be covered by them. If you get the right practical help, you might start to pick up emotionally and start to see some hope. They will also have something called a social prescriber, who will have links to all sort of people who might be able to help with some of these things.
God, sweetheart, if I lived next door I'd come round and just start cleaning for you... but hard as it is you are going to have to reach out to the services. Try your GP or direct to social services. Can you do that?
Phoned gp no one answered
Phoned mental health lines all night even 111 wouldn't help me
Got no social worker
Yes, I think the fact that you have no social work is most of the problem. Keep trying the GP, they do get very busy but they will pick up if you keep trying. You need to let them know about all the practical stuff and that you need the right referrals for that urgently.
Have you reached out to Crisis or your local Community Mental Health Team?
That would probably give them great joy
From experience dealing with Social Services (Adult Social Care), most likely!!
Seriously I don't think at this point in time they are the appropriate agency to deal with Steve.
He needs to walk into A&E or call his local Crisis Team
What are Social Services waiting for ? For you to stick your head in the oven, or take an overdose ? Then say we didn't know
You need urgent help now.
