I've said on this forum before, i'd like to move house 'cos this one is much to big for me and i'm finding it hard to manage. Some of the places i've been looking on the web are similar to that link. The flat i like most is about 3mls away from where i live now (merseyside), and up for offers about £80k, which i thought was pretty good, until i read further into it and, the service charge is £600 per mth.
