I always carry a wireless headset around with me so if I hear a noise that triggers me I can just pop on my headset and then I am good to go, sometimes I will sometimes have my headset without listening to my Spotify or YouTube Music depending on if I need music to calm me down or not. I also carry sunglasses with me no matter the season because I have a sensitivity to bright sunlight as it gives me excruciating headaches and I also carry something in my pocket such as a small fidget joy or I have a silicon sponge that I can just play with in my pocket and that seems to calm me or keep me calm. I also have my daughters bobble (hairband/hair tie) around my wrist that I sometimes play with too. I find that these helps me sometimes depending on trigger and anxiety level so depending on your trigger it may or may not help.

I do. It is unfortunate, but my mother seems to be my main trigger.
