Low And Judged, Please Help!!

I’m autistic and makes me feel low because I can’t speak too anyone or anything as I get full on judge by people.. 

is there any chats I can jump into with people and have a chat with everyone from here like Facebook, Snapchat, or email or anything?. 
Makes me low I don’t have friends so makes me lonely and upset!!.

PLEASE HELP!!

    In Liverpool there's an autistic FB page, although there's never a lot of chat on it, only a bit. It seems mostly just to say when there are meetings or days out. I imagine other parts of the country will have something similar. The only other thing i can think of, join ,more and more autistic forums, just google and see what turns up

    Hello again Karina,

    I've just thought, another FB group  you could look at is ..... NBLA (never be lonely again). That isn't aimed especially for autistic people, it's just for anyone who is feeling fed up. There's quite a bit of chat there, and i'm sure it isn't just a Liverpool thing 'cos online it doesn't matter where you are.

    Worth a try.
